Answer only the calls you want to... Call screen will introduce the caller to you so you can decide to answer the phone of not.
Call Screen
Hear who is calling before you answer the phone.
- Login to the User Panel at voipmuch.userportal.com
- Select Phone Features from the left menu.
- Enable or disable Call Screening
Available screening options are:
- Disabled (calls sent through - no screening)
- Enabled - with Memory (once a caller has provided their name, they will not be prompted on future calls).
- Enabled - no Memory (callers are prompted to provide their name, each time they call).
